1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Warrior Blood BJJ (“the Academy”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Membership and Services

2.1 Membership Requirements

To become a member, you must:

• Complete the registration process
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Sign all required waivers and agreements
• Make timely payment of membership fees

2.2 Services Provided

The Academy provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instruction, fitness training, and related services as described in our program offerings.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees and Billing

• Membership fees are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payment is due on the same day each month
• We accept credit cards and bank transfers
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

3.2 Late Payments

Late payments may result in suspension of membership privileges until the account is brought current.

4. Code of Conduct

All members must:

• Treat all members, staff, and visitors with respect
• Follow instructor directions and safety guidelines
• Maintain personal hygiene and wear clean training attire
• Refrain from aggressive or inappropriate behavior
• Respect Academy property and equipment

5. Assumption of Risk

Participation in martial arts training involves inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.

6. Liability Waiver

All participants must sign a liability waiver before participating in any Academy activities. The Academy, its owners, instructors, and staff are not liable for any injuries or damages that may occur during training.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days written notice. Cancellations must be submitted before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

7.2 Class Cancellations

The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to instructor availability, weather, or other circumstances.

8. Photography and Media

The Academy may photograph or video classes and events. By participating, you grant permission for your image to be used in promotional materials unless you notify us otherwise in writing.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Modifications to Terms

The Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or posted notices at the Academy.

11. Termination

The Academy reserves the right to terminate membership for violation of these terms, the code of conduct, or for any behavior deemed detrimental to the Academy or its members.

12. Governing Law
